This position will be posted until November 29th, 2023. Candidates will be notified of the next steps in the interviewing process in December 2023. The target start date for the training program is February 5th, 2024.
Work Arrangements
- This is a remote/work from home position.
- A company car will be provided to Property Adjusters upon successful completion of the training program.

Training Program Overview
The 24-week training program will require multiple weeks of training in Erie, PA. Trainees will learn ERIE’s property estimating platform and gain hands-on experience in the ERIE Technical Learning Center. Additional program details, expectations, and timing will be discussed during the interview process.

Position Summary
Participates in formal ERIE claims training program. Learns and assists in claims handling operations and processes. This role will service Southern Frederick County, Poolesville, Urbana, & Clarksburg.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Successfully completes assigned projects independently, using information and skills acquired in the training program, according to course objectives and timeline.
- Learns and becomes familiar with branch office procedures.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record required.

Pay and Benefits

Pay: $47,423.00 – $75,753.00 per year
