Role Overview
As an EPA Technical Assistance Manager, you will lead a team of professionals dedicated to offering technical support to potential grantees and recipients of grant awards seeking assistance from various EPA programs. Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects funded by federal grants align with the EPA’s objectives of environmental protection, equity, and sustainability. This position will require close collaboration with disadvantaged communities, guiding them through the complexities of federal grant programs.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in environmental science, environmental justice, climate resilience, or a related field.
- Significant experience in federal grants management, project management, environmental justice advocacy, and community engagement.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage teams and address complex environmental, equity, and federal grant-related challenges.
