This is your chance to be part of a Corporate Human Resources team at a top global hospitality company! As a Manager Recruitment Operations Center, you will partner with our business leaders to grow Hilton’s most important asset, our Team Members. On the Recruitment Operations Center (ROC) team reporting to the Director ROC North America, you will oversee the recruitment operations to ensure the most qualified candidates are recruited to fill open positions at Hilton-managed Hotels throughout North America.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

  • Manage a team of recruiters, ensuring process, metrics, and compliance are achieved to Hilton’s set standards
  • Recruit and train a team of recruitment professionals, assessing skill gaps and determining skills within the team to maximize productivity and service.
  • The ROC Manager is a subject matter expert on their assigned markets and will work with clients on a recruitment strategy to establish market-specific recruitment initiatives.
  • Collaborate with ROC leadership to develop and implement new procedures.
  • Utilize an applicant tracking system such as Taleo to evaluate the information provided by applicants in response to job postings.
  • Ensure that minimum qualification standards are established before posting positions.
  • Administer all pre-approved selection tests and pre-employment processes, including background checks, drug testing, and employment authorization verification.
  • Develop a stocked pipeline of quality talent through various methods, including networking within the hospitality community, building and maintaining relationships with schools/professional organizations, sourcing/cold calling outreach, attending job fairs, and fostering continued contact with quality candidates who may qualify for future positions with Hilton
  • Train hiring managers at Hotels and Business Leaders within the organization to ensure recruitment needs are adequately assessed and met

WHY YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Two (2) years of talent acquisition/recruitment management experience to monitor workflow and align objectives and daily activity to business objectives
  • Travel up to 20%

It would be useful if you have:

  • BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree
  • One (1) year of experience working with applicant tracking systems (Taleo)
  • Proficient in Spanish
  • One (1) year of luxury hospitality experience
  • Experience working with EEOC, ADA, and employment laws
