We are currently looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Operations Associate to join our operations team. This individual will play a crucial role in accurately configuring client setups, especially sponsors and placements, for effective tracking. In this cross-functional role, the Data Operations Associate will bridge operations and customer success, ensuring seamless integration and maximal value from our analytics solutions.

Client Setup & Configuration:
- Ensure accurate setup and configuration of clients, sponsors, and placements within our analytics platform.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance checks to verify the correctness of setup configurations.
- Work in tandem with internal teams to comprehend client requirements and ensure their objectives are met through optimal setup.
- Assist in client onboarding, ensuring that their initial experiences are smooth and impactful.
- Adopt and enhance protocols and checklists to ensure consistency and accuracy in setup processes.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of operational processes by providing feedback and proposing optimizations.
- Ensure all data related to sponsorships and placements are accurate and up-to-date.
- Work with the data analytics team to troubleshoot and resolve any data discrepancies or issues.
- Communicate with stakeholders when necessary to clarify setup details and requirements, ensuring total alignment.
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Operations, Sports Management, or a related field.
Experience: 0-1 years of experience in a Data Operations role, preferably in the sports industry or startups. Prior experience or familiarity with sponsorship management or sports marketing is a plus.
