The Opportunity
Are you passionate about customer relationships and being part of a growing business? Join our Long-Term Care team as a Customer Service Representative – Intake Specialist!
This role focuses on providing education about insurance products, policies, and processes to a diverse range of long-term care (LTC) customers via phone or email support, guiding them through the LTC claims process.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service by addressing customer needs
- Take ownership, especially in escalated situations or reports of illness or death
- Demonstrate empathy in challenging situations
- Work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently
- Record information accurately in various computer systems
- Follow strict privacy and transaction processing procedures
- Fulfill customer expectations in compliance with policies
- Learn and use all systems and resources to meet customer needs
How Will You Create Impact?
As a Long-Term Care Intake Specialist, you will be part of our US Segment and report into the Contact Center Management Team.

Salary & Benefits
The annual base salary for this role in Boston, Massachusetts is expected to be between $36,675.00 USD – $61,125.00 USD. Salary varies based on local market conditions.
