Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing customer communications (calls and emails).
  • Probe to establish the root cause of customer concerns and determine needs.
  • Act as a customer liaison to resolve issues and amplify the customer’s voice.
  • Resell the value of Fetch products and negotiate policy renewals.
  • Provide feedback on process opportunities and suggestions for improvements.
  • Document all interactions within appropriate tracking systems.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years in a call center environment.
  • Previous Retention call center experience preferred.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate as a team player.
  • Empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills.
  • Proficient in applications such as phone apps, G-Suite, and various internet browsers.
  • Certified with a Property & Casualty (P&C) license across multiple states.

Work-From-Home Set-Up

  • Subscription to a reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum of 100 Mbps download and 30 Mbps upload speed).
  • A quiet, dedicated workspace in your home.
  • Office space large enough to accommodate two 19” monitors, a laptop, mouse, keyboard, and headset.
  • Ability to set up and connect equipment shipped to your home with remote IT team assistance.
