About the IT Support Team

Our IT Support Team is actively recruiting experienced IT professionals to reinforce our group. When clients encounter requests or issues requiring more technical troubleshooting than our first responders can handle, our reinforcement group takes charge.

Roles in the Reinforcement Group:

  • Support Specialist
  • IT Consultant

Members of this group spend 70% of their day addressing the most complex support issues and 30% mentoring first-tier technical team members.

Common issues include server, network, virtualization, and storage troubleshooting, often dealing with intermittent and challenging problems.


  • 1+ year experience in IT support in an MSP environment or 3+ years in IT support for a single organization
  • Experience at tier 2 or tier 3 level on a technical support team
  • Ability to diagnose and fix complex hardware and software issues for desktops, servers, cloud services, and networks
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong passion for working with information technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year experience providing IT services to businesses in an MSP helpdesk or 3 years in a single organization’s help desk
  • Certifications such as A+, CCNA, etc.
  • Degrees in Information Systems or similar
  • Experience providing IT support for businesses

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
