About the IT Support Team
Our IT Support Team is actively recruiting experienced IT professionals to join our reinforcement group. When our clients encounter requests or issues that demand more technical troubleshooting than our first responders can provide, our reinforcement group steps in to handle the task.
Roles:
- Support Specialist
- IT Consultant
Members of the reinforcements group spend 70% of their day addressing the most complex support issues and 30% mentoring the technical team members from the first tier.
Common Issues:
- Server troubleshooting
- Network issues
- Virtualization challenges
- Storage troubleshooting
You will tackle problems that may be intermittent and difficult to resolve.
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience providing IT support in an MSP environment, or 3+ years experience providing IT support to a single organization.
- Experience working on a technical support team, at a tier 2 or tier 3 level.
- Ability to diagnose and fix complex hardware and software issues for desktops, servers, cloud services, and networks.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism.
- Strong passion for working with information technologies.

Preferred:
- 1 year experience providing IT services to businesses working for an MSP on a helpdesk or 3 years with a single organization working on a help desk.
- Certifications such as A+, CCNA, etc.
- Degrees in Information Systems or similar.
- Experience providing IT support for businesses.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
