Job Opportunity: Office Administrator (Part-Time Remote)

This Monday – Friday, 20-hour per week daytime position will primarily support the Managing Director/Owner and work closely with Sales, Service, and the Customer Account Manager. The key role involves ongoing assessment and recommendation of process improvements to support business growth.

Responsibilities Overview:

  • Provide general administrative support and process improvement for a growing small business.
  • Review employee time and expense reports for accuracy.
  • On- and off-board employees, maintain employee directory, monitor and route employee benefit updates.
  • Review, update, and prepare demos and instructional manuals for office procedures.
  • Recommend process improvements to support business growth.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned (e.g., sales proposals, CRM reports, tracking software maintenance).
  • Interface with Sales, Service, Customer Account Manager, and Accounting to research and resolve issues.
  • Monitor license and contract renewals.
  • Enter and maintain Microsoft license purchases in Partner Center.
  • Maintain schedule of Microsoft certifications required, expirations, and coordinate with staff to maintain certifications.
  • Manage incentive sign-up and monitoring for Microsoft and ISVs.
  • Coordinate annual holiday gift baskets, employee welcome gifts, and customer special occasion gifts.
  • Prepare electronic signing for contracts and documents that need signatures.
  • Arrange travel and events and make meeting arrangements.
  • Other administrative and office support duties as required.

Qualifications and Benefits:

A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. This position requires excellent written and verbal skills, along with high proficiency with technology such as MS Office, including intermediate proficiency in Excel, Teams, video conference, CRM, and ticketing systems.
