We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of inside sales representatives and driving sales growth for our servers and storage products. The position is remote and requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of inside sales representatives and provide guidance and support to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and execute sales campaigns
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape
Requirements:
- Minimum of 20 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the servers and storage industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with Supermicro, Dell, Gigabyte servers and storage products
- Knowledge of rack level deployment
- Ability to work independently and remotely
