Program Manager with Supply Chain Experience

Travel: 40%
Cold Chain Experience:
- Set up supply chain for a new product line for national distribution.
- Work with manufacturers to understand their capabilities/challenges and ability to scale up quickly.
- Develop a distribution and/or light manufacturing network to grow with the product rollout nationally.
- Work with the supply chain team and sales team to develop a system to incorporate customer demand into S&OP framework.
- Staff up, where necessary, any regional operations that may be needed.
Key Qualifications:
- Strong project management skills.
- Understanding of manufacturing and distribution operations.
- 10+ years of experience.
- Strong business acumen.
- Strong team-working skills – able to collaborate with teams in SC, sales, CS, and manufacturer.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $130,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
