The Regional Manager will be responsible for leading and managing daily operations to achieve business goals. As the Regional Manager, your duties also include:

  • Overseeing Retail Account Coordinator staff
  • Setting performance objectives
  • Evaluating and optimizing performance
  • Preparing and delivering performance evaluations and documentation
  • Actively recruiting and interviewing
  • Ensuring regulatory and company values are upheld

Regional Manager Responsibilities

  • Educating, developing, supporting, mentoring, and retaining a dynamic sales team
  • Developing initiatives, goals, and strategies to elevate territory performance
  • Managing the development of Retail Account Coordinators
  • Weekly touchbases with direct reports
  • Ensuring excellence in Headkount retailer relationships
  • Completing documentation for employees such as reviews, corrective actions, performance improvement plans
  • Approving and managing time and attendance
  • Ensuring retailer policy and procedures are upheld to quality standards
  • Partnering with Human Resources for escalated customer and employee issues in a timely matter
  • Partnering with the HR Recruiting team in facilitating interviews
  • Ability to provide retailer support with the needs of the business

Regional Manager Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Minimum of 3 years managing field sales employees
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Solid time management and prioritization skills
  • Excellent coaching, mentoring, and teaching skills
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Professional conduct in-store
  • Technology skills
  • Passion for people in providing the ultimate customer service
